Refund Policy

Refunds are rare. Each request is reviewed individually and approved at our discretion.

How Purchases Work

All purchases are made by opening a ticket in our Discord server. We accept PayPal, Cash App, crypto, and Robux. Never pay anyone who contacts you outside a ticket.

How to Request a Refund

Open a ticket in our Discord server. We do not consider requests sent any other way.

Eligibility

• Only PayPal and Cash App payments can be refunded.
• Crypto and Robux payments are non-refundable.
• Payments made to anyone outside an official ticket are non-refundable.
• You must ask within 14 days of the purchase date. No refunds are given after that.
• No refunds are given if you were banned or had your license revoked for breaking our Terms.
• No refunds are given after a product's lifecycle ends, including if it is discontinued.
