Terms of Service

Effective: November 2, 2026

These Terms apply when you buy or use the script from secretserver.pro. By doing either, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not buy or use the script.

1. Your License

A purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the script as described at the time of purchase. You must not:

• Crack, alter, or reverse-engineer the script.
• Resell, share, or redistribute the script or your access to it.
• Use the script in a way that breaks the law or these Terms.

2. License Revocation

We may blacklist or revoke a license without notice if these Terms are broken, including for:

• Cracking, pirating, or tampering with the script.
• Sharing the script with others by any means.
• Harassment, spamming, or rule-breaking in our community spaces.
• Actions that harm the product, our servers, or our community.

A revoked license loses access to the script and is not refunded.

3. Community Rules

Our Discord and other community spaces exist for support and feedback. Be respectful, follow the posted rules, and do not spam, troll, or disrupt others. Breaking these rules can lead to a ban and to your license being revoked.

4. Lifetime Products and Discontinuation

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not of the buyer. We may discontinue the product or any feature at any time, for any reason, without notice. If that happens, updates and support end, access may end, and no refund is issued.

5. Updates and Support

Updates and support are provided for the period stated at purchase. We may limit or end support at our discretion and do not promise it indefinitely.

6. Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time, without notice, if we decide at our sole discretion that you have broken these Terms. When that happens, you must stop using the script.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, secretserver.pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from using the script. This includes lost data, lost revenue, and problems the script causes in other applications or on your computer.

8. Bans and Computer Damage

You use the script at your own risk, and you accept that:

• We are not responsible for bans, suspensions, or other penalties applied by a game developer or platform.
• We are not responsible for damage to your computer, operating system, hardware, or other software. Keeping your system secure is your responsibility.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless secretserver.pro and its team against claims and costs that result from your use of the script, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

10. Changes

We may change these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes apply once posted, and continuing to use the script means you accept them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
